Kim Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner is set to appear on today wednesday to talk about Kim's divorce from NBA star Kris Humphries kardashian divorce 72 days. Kim, 31, filed papers just this week. Her reason for divorce kardashian irreconcilable differences. Humphries, 26, has since commented kris humphries devastated to learn.
Kris Jenner will appear on NBC's Today show Wednesday to discuss her daughter's divorce from Kris Humphries after 72 days of marriage.
An insider also told The Hollywood Reporter that Jenner -- who serves as the family's business manager -- made sure that Kardashian and Humphries' divorce was announced on Monday in time for coverage in the weekly magazines, which go to deadline that day.
The Kardashians unleashed multiple statements to the media Monday (making sure to first give them to E! News, which airs their reality show, and thus pays their bills), before the ink was dry on the divorce filing.
"After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage," Kardashian said via her rep. "I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best."
Added her sister Khloe via Twitter: "Reading some these comments r so hurtful. Im grateful 4our fans who understand &r being respectful. Hate is disgusting. Love is everything." and "Thank God for family. We are strong and we will only become closer! I love YOU."
And sister Kourtney: "Our sister is going through a difficult time but we're a close family and are sticking together like always. We appreciate everyone's kindness and support. we love you."
Humphries also spoke out, telling E! News: “I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce. I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.”

Kardashian confirmed she filed for divorce from Humphries -- her husband of 72 days -- on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and October 31 as the couple's separation date, E! News reported.
"After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage," the Keeping Up with the KardashiansKourtney and Kim Take New York star said in a media statement released Monday.
"I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best."

Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Julianne Hough, Lindsay Lohan, Eva Longoria, Demi Lovato, Brittny Gastineau, Mario Lopez, Babyface, Avril Lavigne and Humphries's basketball teammates were all in attendance, alongside Kardashian's sisters Khloe and Kourtney, brother Robert, mother Kris Jenner and stepfather Bruce.
Kim, 30, wore an ivory custom-designed dress created by Vera Wang, with Guiseppe Zanotti shoes.
Humphries, 26, donned a Ermenegildo Zegna white peak lapel tuxedo jacket, black tuxedo pants with white tuxedo shirt and white bow tie.
The reality star was given away by her stepfather Bruce, while Khloe and Kourtney acted as her co-maids of honour. Stepsisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner and Humphries's sister Kaela were bridesmaids. Kourtney's son Mason Disick was the ring bearer.
The ceremony reportedly paid tribute to the Kardashian sisters' father Robert, who died of esophageal cancer in 2003.
Kim was earlier spotted leaving the Four Seasons hotel in Santa Barbara wearing a tracksuit with "Mrs Humphries" embroidered across her chest.
The California Highway Patrol were brought in to keep traffic flowing around several closed roads while the wedding took place.

"I'm very calm," Kim told Access Hollywood on Sunday at the Do Something Awards in Los Angeles when asked about her upcoming nuptials to NBA star Kris Humphries.
The bride-to-be admits she initially worried about walking down the aisle by herself on her big day.

The reality TV star just last week admitted she is fearful of falling over and fainting during the ceremony.
Speaking to Extra's Mario Lopez, Kim - whose mother Kris has been married to Bruce Jenner since 1991 - explained: "I was so nervous to walk down the aisle by myself.
"For some reason I wasn't thinking, like, 'Oh, Bruce will be there right with me,' so I was thinking, 'I'm gonna fall, I'm gonna faint, oh my God, my train!' "
The 30-year-old socialite - whose dress will be designed by her close friend Vera Wang - has been seeking advice from supermodel Tyra Banks about the gown prior to her big day.
The talk show host told People magazine: "I gave [Kim] the advice of going with a silhouette that the world isn’t used to seeing her in. So we’ll see."
Despite her nerves, Kim recently explained the wedding planning process has been "more" than she could have hoped for.
She said: "I mean it's been so like everything that I have dreamed of and more. I had no idea how much work really goes into wedding planning and I really do have this newfound respect for Sharon Sacks, my wedding planner!"
