Colorful toys of the big city

 Traveling to different cities, could not help notice a lot of parallels between them. One of them - it's colorful painted sculpture, everywhere is different, usually arranged around the center. Like colorful toys in the bustling metropolises of serious rhythm. The tourist office can even get a booklet with a map-route for them. They are never the same, but paintings are mostly very bright and original. So what is common between Baku, Liverpool, Copenhagen and Berlin?
