Vanessa Minnillo takes a new surname-Vanessa Minnillo took the marriage leap over the summer, and now she's making it Twitter official by taking husband Nick Lachey's name on the social networking site.


"So.... I'm making it official, and I LOVE my "new name"! VanessaLachey.... has a nice ring to it ;-)," she wrote on Twitter Friday after officially changing her Twitter handle from @VanessaMinnillo to VanessaLachey.

The couple, who tied the knot in July, also share more than a last name now. The newlyweds were both born on Nov. 9 and decided to celebrate their birthdays
